Easy Fish Burger

Ingredients

4 - Buns of your choice
Enough for 4 buns - Lettuce
1/2 cup - Homemade Tartare Sauce
4 pieces - Fish (crumbed or battered)

Method

1. Cook the fish (battered or crumbed in the airfryer) or use grilled fish. Approximately 12 - 15 minutes depending on the fish you are using. If you fry your fish in oil this will take less time. 2. Prepare your bun with the homemade tartare sauce and lettuce 3. When the fish is ready, place it on top of the lettuce, put the lid on it and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

  1. I prefer to use Brioche buns but the ones we used when making our fish burgers were Sour Dough buns from our local bakery.
  2. I used the homemade tartare sauce found in the condiments category.
