Beef Goulash

Ingredients

750grams - Chuck steak diced (ask your butcher to do this for you)
2 medium - Brown onions (cut in chunks)
3 - Large carrots (cut in chunks)

Mix everything together, put the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours, turn down and cook on low for 2 hours. 4. Add the mushrooms and then cook on low for another 2 hours. 5. Serve with potato mash or sweet potato mash, rice or couscous.
