Method

  1. Slice the baguette about 1cm thickness
  2. Butter (optional)
  3. Add the smoked trout
  4. sprinkle with red onion
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
  6. Squeeze the lemon over the red onion and trout

This snack can be served at Christmas or any time of the year. It was the perfect light lunch for 2.
